Product Upgrades and Enhancements (Through revamp / retrofitting the existing system)

These services are primarily targeted at old air-conditioning and firefighting systems. Over a period of time it is quite likely that due to additional load or change in the layout and demand, there is a change and enhancement in requirements.

Under revamp / retrofitting of the existing system, we carry out the detailed engineering on the basis of changed requirement, prepare bill-of-quantities, introduce contemporary energy efficient and intelligent equipment, execute the job and hand over the system for customers' beneficial use with enhanced life cycle.

Types Of Contracts

HVAC Service Risk Protection Contract – This type of contract covers material as well as labour required for rendering Preventive Maintenance Service or attending and resolving any complaint Labour Contract – This type of contract covers only labour required for rendering Preventive Maintenance Service or attending and resolving any complaint 

Operation Contract – Under this type of contract, manpower is provided for carrying out operation of HVAC system. It involves putting ON and OFF the system as per specified time, recording various pressure and temperature readings in log book and reporting any breakdown or situation prone to breakdown to service provider Fire Fighting Service 

Maintenance Contract – Fix numbers of preventive services are rendered and complaints attended during contract period. It is non comprehensive type of contract wherein only labour is covered in scope of contract. In case of any material is required, same is supplied on additional charges
